Based on the applications of the members, expert reports are prepared by the expert committee formed for the research and examination transferred from public institutions to the Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, by conducting inspections at the company workplace and customs areas and examining the relevant documents regarding the issues sought by the relevant institutions in the implementation of export, import, customs, tax, and incentive legislation.

 

 

 

• Expert reports determining the types and usage amounts of raw and auxiliary materials planned to be used in the product in cases where the information in the capacity report cannot meet the requirements for the products planned to be exported, to be used in the applications for the Inward Processing Permit Certificate (D.I.I.B.).

 

• Expert reports documenting that the raw and auxiliary materials imported under the same certificate are used in the production of the products exported under the same certificate, to be used in the commitment closure procedures of the D.I.I.B.

 

• Expert reports prepared for goods temporarily exported for repair, calibration, or any other process abroad, as required by customs legislation.

 

• Expert reports determining whether the goods imported but not meeting the desired specifications or returned for another reason are unused, as required by customs legislation.

 

• Expert reports prepared based on the requests of the Customs Directorates regarding export transactions, following inspections conducted in the relevant customs areas.

 

 

 

• Expert reports prepared regarding the reasons for temporary importation for goods requested to be temporarily imported, as required by customs legislation.

 

• Expert reports indicating that the transactions based on the temporary importation of goods temporarily imported have been completed, following the completion of these transactions.

 

• Expert reports prepared based on the requests of the Customs Directorates regarding import transactions, following inspections conducted in the relevant customs areas.

 

 

 

• Expert reports determining the production of manufacturing companies that do not have a Capacity Report.

 

• Expert reports determining the waste rates and unit usage amounts occurring in the manufacturing processes of the members.

 

• Expert reports showing the actual production and consumption amounts for a specific period requested to determine the consumption amounts of allocated products for a specific period.

 

• Expert reports determining that the product subject to the document is produced concerning the patent and utility model documents owned by the companies.

 

• Expert reports determining the water needs of the factories to be used in the applications to be made to D.S.I. for obtaining a well drilling permit for our members.

 

• Expert reports explaining the issues requested to be presented to public institutions based on the various requests of the members.

 

 

 

• The application for the expert report is made to the Industry, SME, and R&D Service with a petition written on the requested subject and the attachments that should be included with the petition.
